Engel and Völkers Atlanta

Atlanta native Jeremy Smith has a knack for matching clients with the neighborhood that will best suit their needs. Smith is a Realtor with Engel and Völkers Atlanta, boasting over 10 years of residential real estate experience. At age 19, he became one of the youngest agents to achieve Million Dollar Club status with the Atlanta Board of Realtors. He is now a life member, qualifying every year he has been in real estate.

With expertise in markets from Midtown to Buckhead, Smith is comfortable working with buyers and sellers anywhere inside of I-285. He specializes in condominium sales, working mainly with clients looking for a “lock and go” lifestyle.

Smith not only sells real estate — he sells lifestyles. Clients working with him enjoy his unmatched knowledge of Atlanta neighborhoods, responsiveness and organization. “I respond to every email, text or phone call. I live by my calendar and never miss a meeting,” Smith says, “I’m always on it, making sure my clients fully understand the ins and outs of a transaction and are having fun while doing it. Buying or selling a home can be very stressful, and I try to make it as easy and effortless as possible.”

Co-leading the Intown Advisors team at Engel and Völkers, Smith ensures his clients receive the attention they deserve. “Our teammates are involved in almost every transaction,” he notes. “Each teammate brings a different skill set to the table and can help out on any transaction if needed. A client will never feel neglected, as there is always somebody working on their behalf.”

In addition to being a full-time Realtor, Smith has been selected as a host of the

Emmy-nominated TV show “American Dream TV, ‘Selling Atlanta,’” which is available to watch on Fox cable, Apple TV, Roku, Amazon Fire and Amazon Prime Video. The show highlights the lifestyle, culture, people and real estate that make Atlanta and the surrounding areas such a great place to live and work.
