Whether they look at three houses or 300, Teri Ehrlich is confident that she and her client will find the perfect home. “If we need to find a house in a weekend, I can do that,” says Ehrlich, a realtor with Keller Williams Realty Chattahoochee North. “If a local client wants something special and it takes a few years, I can do that, too.”
Specializing in Atlanta’s North Metro markets from Buckhead to Buford, Ehrlich serves first time, move-up and investment buyers, applying her intimate knowledge as a longtime Metro Atlanta resident to promote the area’s school systems, businesses and community offerings. As a member of KW’s Luxury and KW Sports & Entertainment divisions, she has the privilege of working with high-profile clients including staff and players from the Atlanta Falcons. Additionally, Ehrlich sells properties at Lake Lanier and Lake Oconee where she has owned a house for eight years.
A former technical trainer at Cigna Healthcare and yoga instructor, Ehrlich transitioned to real estate after a poor experience purchasing her own property. “I didn’t feel important to the agent,” she explains, adding that the lack of communication from the agent throughout the process inspires her to stay in constant contact with her clients. “I want to create an experience where my clients feel like they are the only priority since this is usually the biggest financial decision a person makes in their lives.”
Earning Rookie of the Year in 2007, Ehrlich has since placed among the top 10 agents in her office every year. In the past two years alone, she closed over $50 million in real estate deals, beating out over 50,000 Keller Williams agents to land a spot among Gary’s Top 100 Individual Agents. In 2021, she was selected as the cultural ambassador for KW Chattahoochee North and in 2022, was ranked No. 7 overall individual agent with the Northeast Atlanta Metro Association of Realtors (NAMAR). Her daughter joined her in January 2022 as a full-time agent on her team.
Ehrlich is a member of NAMAR and the National Association of Realtors. She is a volunteer with Golden Retriever Rescue of Atlanta, Atlanta Humane Society and A Pet’s Purpose. Outside of work, she loves running, walking, paddle boarding and boating.
