There have been many encouraging developments for the housing market, but we’ve uncovered the most encouraging nugget yet.
There were many stats provided in NAR’s latest existing-home sales report, many of which were positive for the housing market (see our story here).
The most encouraging stat of all, though, was the one not included in NAR’s release; buried in a supplementary report, the stat is one of balance, and a clear sign that housing is on the the right path.
