Traton Homes recently announced that its newest community, Olde Anderson Estates, is planned to open in Sept. 2015.

Olde Anderson Estates will be made up of nine luxury houses priced from the $700,000s. The community will be located on Roswell Road in the Walton High School district.

The houses will feature a number of luxury finishes. Each kitchen will come with granite countertops, 42-inch maple cabinetry, tile backsplashes, built-in desks and stainless steel appliances such as gas ranges and double ovens. The master bathrooms will all include large tiled showers, ceramic tile floors, maple cabinets, oil-rubbed bronze fixtures and granite vanity countertops.

Traton Homes has been in the house building and planning business for 44 years, and is also selling homes in the Cobb, Cherokee, Dekalb, North Fulton and South Forsyth counties.
