Coldwell Banker released their 2015 Home Listing Report, which details the highest and lowest average price for four-bedroom, two-bathroom houses in markets across the United States.
Here are the top five most expensive areas in Georgia, along with the average price:
1. Dunwoody – $407,116
2. Roswell – $323,921
3. Alpharetta – $290,901
4. Peachtree City – $282,877
5 Cumming – $280,747
The five most expensive areas overall all were in California: Newport Beach ($2,291,764), Palo Alto ($2,066,600), Saratoga ($1,979,218), Cupertino ($1,659,297) and Los Gatos ($1,569,615).
