Tired of entering listings that already exist elsewhere into the MLS? A new service from Georgia MLS takes that repetitive busywork off your plate by allowing you to autofill the information from listings on First MLS, Classic MLS, Lake Country MLS, and Altamaha Basin MLS.

The proprietary Ditto software solves a number of time-consuming problems agents face, such as inadvertently listing the wrong property type, according to a press release from GAMLS. “While Ditto won’t allow you to change the property type of an existing listing or copy the listing to another property type, it will allow you to autofill a listing entry form (for any property type) based on the information from the existing listing,” GAMLS noted.

It also helps solve the problem of unconventional properties that don’t fit in a single property type category and must be listed in a variety of spots. Ditto allows the property type to be “partially auto-filled with the information from an existing listing.”
