Harry Norman launches virtual assistant, “Ava,” on website

by John Yellig

Harry Norman Realtors launched an Automated Virtual Assistant, or “Ava,” on its website.

The advanced consumer chatbot uses Roof AI-powered technology to detect customer intent and provide 24/7 customer support, with the objective of using Ava conversations to create real home-buying opportunities, the company said in a release.

“We are a company built on luxury service, and this must extend to the digital space,” Harry Norman Vice President of Marketing Luke Trigwell said. “In this ‘instant economy,’ you need a solution that immediately addresses the user needs and wants while delivering a premium and personalized customer experience.”

Ava provides a virtual real estate concierge and aims to satisfy three main customer expectations: A conversational experience that personalizes every customer interaction; immediate and responsive service with real-time, self-serve support; and a connected experience fashioned around the company’s core services.
