Best Dressed: Terri Smith Roca

by Atlanta Agent

Terri Smith Roca is an experienced agent with Coldwell Banker Realty in the Atlanta metro who has a vast knowledge of the individual markets that comprise the city. As a Southern native, Smith Roca operates her business with the sellers and buyers in mind, making sure the client’s interest is the top focus and priority.

She has helped many families realize their goals, whether it be buying a dream home or selling one. She understands that she goes on a journey with each client and makes sure she is there for professional help and moral support.

Smith Roca is very honored to be receiving the Best Dressed Choice award from Atlanta Agent Magazine and it has special meaning to her. “I was a fashion major in college and worked in the fashion industry in New York City after college. My style has always been eclectic, mixing old with new styles. In high school and college, I loved shopping at used clothing stores to create looks that others were not wearing,” she notes.

Having won awards with the company, such as agent of the month, Smith Roca prides herself on client happiness and 5-Star customer reviews. Ultimately, she knows that this is a people business and making a great first impression, as well as making clients happy is the road to success! She realizes that fashion and real estate are very similar in nature – your style comes through in both. In each one, putting your best foot forward is the best way to go since first impressions carry a lot of weight.

Smith Roca has two sons and is mom to two dogs, a goldendoodle and a sheepadoodle. She loves to travel both locally and internationally to experience sights and flavors. Additionally, she loves cooking classes and entertaining for her friends to show “southern hospitality.” And, whenever she can, she incorporates her sense of style into staging houses and on her YouTube channels.

Butch Whitfield, Harry Norman, Realtors
