Industry MVP: Massoud Atallah

by Atlanta Agent

Presently in his twenty-first year with the company, Massoud Atallah is the regional vice president of Coldwell Banker Realty in Atlanta, which has 11 offices in the region. He firmly believes that whether mentoring, managing or delivering, the most important aspect of real estate is being a team player while creating a winning culture.

“I am most thankful to the team of agents, managing brokers and leaders that I interact with daily — they allow me to dig in deep and provide the best tools, products and advice to allow our sales agents to truly shine. Additionally, I am very honored to be named the Industry MVP Choice award winner by Atlanta Agent Magazine,” notes Atallah.

Prior to his move to Atlanta two years ago, Atallah led Coldwell Banker Realty teams in Massachusetts, where he was a vice president and managing broker, overseeing six different offices over the course of eight years. He significantly improved office profit and grew a high-performance culture with aggressive recruiting, retention and sales strategies. During that time, Atallah consecutively ranked at the top for agent recruitment on a regional and national level, naming him to the company’s prestigious President’s Council six times for management performance, which honors the top 20% of approximately 600 national offices.

Before joining the management team, Atallah was a top-producing agent for more than a decade. He attributes the success he’s attained to a simple game plan: delivering the highest quality of customer service. He also stresses the importance of Coldwell Banker’s Core 4 — Production Power, Coaching to Confidence, Wealth Builder and Culture of Awesomeness. His training has encouraged high retention rates, and through coaching and new sales strategies, their business has improved dramatically.

He also credits his wife Brenda of 21 years, his two children and a bullmastiff, Moses, for his success.

Runners up:

  • Maura Neill, RE/MAX Around Atlanta
  • Diane Smith, Harry Norman, Realtors
