LGI Homes recently opened its Stone Crest Estate new-construction neighborhood in Fairburn, which offers one- and two-story homes priced from the low-$300,000s.
The homes will be built on lots ranging from .4 to 1.9 acres and range in size from 1,938 to 2,626 square feet with three to five bedrooms and two to two-and-a-half bathrooms. Some properties will include basements.
Other amenities include walk-in closets, spacious master suites and bonus rooms that can be used as home offices or game rooms, according to a press release. The Stone Crest homes come with LGI Homes’ CompleteHome Plus package, which includes Whirlpool appliances, quartz countertops and 42-inch wood cabinetry in the kitchens, as well as designer light fixtures, a programmable thermostat and a Wi-Fi-enabled garage door opener.
Stone Crest is located between GA-154 and GA-14 and provides quick access to Union City, South Fulton and Atlanta, LGI Homes said.
