Compass Atlanta is expanding its leadership team with industry veteran Ennis Antoine, who has been brought in as managing broker and sales manager.

In his new role, he will oversee more than 250 agents across the Atlanta metro area. He will also aim to increase the brokerage’s market share and help agents improve their performance.

“Compass is deeply committed to the ongoing development and training of its best-in-class agents, powering their ongoing industry knowledge through innovation and technology,” Compass Atlanta Regional Vice President Martha Hayhurst said in a press release. “The enthusiasm and professionalism that Ennis brings to his new role will help him lead by example as he supports our agents’ personal and professional growth.”

Before Compass, Antoine served as senior vice president of training and careers at Berkshire Hathaway Home Services Georgia. Antoine has more than 35 years of experience in sales training and career development and has specialized in coaching agents and leading pre-license and post-license courses across Georgia.

“No matter how successful you are, we all need a mentor to continue growth,” Antoine said. “I was drawn to Compass by its innovative technology platform and commitment to supporting agents. I look forward to growing alongside our Atlanta agents as we continue to develop relationships with the community, collaborate with each other and produce results.”

Antoine has served in numerous leadership roles within the Georgia Association of REALTORS® and the National Association of REALTORS® and previously served as president of the Atlanta Board of REALTORS. He currently serves as the 2022 chair of the NAR Federal Legislative and Political Forum and was recently inducted into the NAR REALTORS Political Action Committee Hall of Fame.
