Atlanta apartment developer Perennial Properties Inc. recently refinanced its 282-unit Arya Peachtree tower in Brookwood for $90 million.

The 12-story luxury building is located at 1777 Peachtree St. NE, straddling the border between Buckhead and Midtown. The class-A property was recently completed and includes 16,346 square feet of office and retail space on its first two floors and a mix of studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments above. Community amenities include a pool, fitness center, fire pit and outdoor TVs, while units include 10-foot ceilings, quartz countertops with waterfall edges and solar shades.

“Peachtree Street has seen tremendous demand over the past several years, sparked by the expansion and development happening in the area, including the more than $600 million renovation/expansion of Piedmont Hospital in the property’s immediate neighborhood,” Cushman & Wakefield Vice Chair Mike Ryan said in a press release. “Arya Peachtree as a result is very well positioned to capture increased leasing demand as Atlanta gradually continues its post-pandemic reopening.”

The refinancing loan was secured by Ryan and Blake Cohen, Richard Henry and Taylor Crowder of Cushman & Wakefield’s Equity, Debt and Structured Finance team.
