Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Georgia Properties hires director of agent engagement

Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Georgia Properties hired licensed real estate instructor Blake Irving as its new director of agent engagement.  

In this new role, Irving will help train the firm’s more than 1,500 associates, emphasizing technology, engagement and innovation, according to a press release. 

Previously, Irving worked as a new agent coach, licensed real estate instructor and managing broker. 

“We are excited to have Blake join our team,” Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices President and CEO Dan Forsman said. “His extensive background as a new agent coach and broker will be a huge asset to our company and associates as we continue to evolve and adapt to the current market landscape.” 

Irving is a member of the National Association of REALTORS® and the Atlanta Board of REALTORS®, where he served on the government affairs committee. Irving is also a veteran of the U.S. Army, where he served as an IT specialist.
