Tod Von Brinegar is a seasoned real estate broker and manager with a long history in the Atlanta real estate market. He has been the managing/qualifying broker for PalmerHouse Properties since March of 2010. There, he guides the company’s 2000+ agents through each phase of broker review, contract negotiation and settlement.

Having lived in Atlanta since 1979, Brinegar earned his BA in 1995 from DeKalb Technical College before transitioning into real estate at Coldwell Banker’s Condo Store division. He later joined Morris & Raper Intown Realtors as a director of operations before becoming a full-time Realtor. Later, as a team leader for the TodMod and The Art of Living Teams, Brinegar realized his passion for assisting agents and returned to broker management.

“Real estate has always been my passion! Thanks to my father, Bill Brinegar, I have a strong work ethic and have always had the drive to help others,” he says.
