Alpharetta-based Parkland Residential has received the necessary permits and will soon break ground on Sugarloaf Landing, a 114-townhome build-to-rent community in Lawrenceville.

The community is located on 10 acres at 3440 and 3460 Sugarloaf Parkway near the intersection with Five Forks Trickum Road. Courtesy of Google Maps.

The development will feature rear-entry, stacked townhomes with one-car garages and two or three bedrooms. The three-bedroom units will offer 2.5 baths and lofts with 1,958 square feet of space, while the two-bedroom units will offer 1,636 square feet of space. Monthly rent will range from $2,000 to $2,400.

“We are excited to have permits in hand so we can now break ground on this long-anticipated community,” Parkland Residential President Jim Jacobi said in a press release. “Gwinnett is a fast-growing county with a deficit of housing. Sugarloaf Landing will help meet the need for attainable housing.”

Sugarloaf Landing is located on 10 acres at 3440 and 3460 Sugarloaf Parkway near the intersection with Five Forks Trickum Road. The community will provide resort-style amenities, including a swimming pool, cabana, playground, nature preserve, playfield and pocket parks.

Lincoln Property Group will manage the community.
