Atlanta-based builder Rockhaven Homes has opened four new communities with more than 200 single-family homes within city limits starting in the low $300,000s.

The developments include:

“Rockhaven Homes is committed to building homes for first-time and move-up buyers in Atlanta as well as in other communities throughout Georgia,” marketing director Kristin Dentler said. “There is a very low number of homes for sale in the city of Atlanta, especially at this price point, new or resale.”

A fifth community, which will be called Southgate, will open for sales later this year. The development will consist of 32 homes at 2198 Cormac St. in East Point.

All residences feature smart-home ready technology, nine-foot ceilings, granite countertops and oversized closets in the primary bedrooms.
