The Providence Group is opening three new master-planned communities in Duluth, Johns Creek and Cumming for sales this spring.

The communities will have gated entrances, swim/club amenities, HOA-maintained lawns and a mix of townhomes and single-family houses.   

Evanshire is located one mile from downtown Duluth and has 140 homesites, while Brackley is going up near the Mashburn Village mixed-use community in Cumming with 116 homesites. Ward’s Crossing, with 128 homesites, is being developed on one of the last available properties in Johns Creek.
