Kathy Vaughn grew up in the North Georgia Mountains and moved to metro Atlanta after graduating from North Georgia College with a BBA in management. Then, in 1999, Vaughn began her real estate career as a sales associate. Since then, she’s built a business on helping buyers and sellers achieve their dreams, stepping up to the leadership role of managing broker in 2015.

Now, she relishes the opportunity to work with the best in the business. As managing broker of Ansley Real Estate Christies International’s North Atlanta office, her responsibilities include attraction, development and serving the company’s most important asset: their people. She is committed to fostering an environment that supports agents and staff, helping them to expertly guide their clients through the home selling and buying experience — with a special “wow factor.”
