Atlanta-based builder Rockhaven Homes has opened four new metro-Atlanta communities for sales, with single-family houses and townhomes starting in the high $200,000s.
The new communities are:
- Stonegate: A community of 32 four-bedroom homes with open floorplans and large owner suites beginning in the low $400,000s.
- South Point: A 24-townhome development in McDonough with four-bedroom, 2.5 bath floorplans and two-car garages starting in the high $200s,000s.
- Sandtown Falls: A 144-townhome South Fulton County development with three-bedroom, 2.5-bath floorplans with two-car garages beginning in the low $300,000s.
- Cascade Ridge at Niskey Lake: A community with 42 three- and four-bedroom, 2.5-bath single-family homes with front porches and two-car garages.
