The Bartow County community will offer craftsman-style homes from Fischer’s Maple Street Collection of floor plans ranging from 1,200 to 3,000 square feet. Features include open-concept living areas, multipurpose lofts, owner’s suites and gourmet kitchens.

“Thoughtfully placed in a fantastic Euharlee location, Cherry Glen is the perfect community for first-time homebuyers,” said Doug Cohen, market president for Fischer Homes Atlanta Division.

Just east of Cartersville, Cherry Glen is in the Bartow County School District; students attend Euharlee Elementary School, Woodland Middle School and Woodland High School. The community is within walking distance of the elementary and middle schools, as well as Joe Cowan Park, which offers walking paths, tennis, basketball, disc golf and four ball fields.
