Virginia-based Weinstein Properties has purchased SODO Duluth, a newly built 257-unit apartment community in Duluth, and renamed it Bexley Duluth.

Opened this year, Bexley Duluth is located at 3250 Buford Highway near the Downtown Duluth town center and offers walkability to the area’s eclectic mix of restaurants, shopping and entertainment venues. Community amenities include a clubhouse, fitness center, pool, dog park, sky lounge and activity garden.

Apartments range from 616-square-foot studios to 1,470-square-foot two-bedroom units, with rents ranging from $1,549 to $3,113, according to Weinstein Properties’ website.

The Residential Group and PointOne Holdings sold the property and were represented by Robert Stickel, Alex Brown, Ashlyn Warren and Michael Kay of Cushman & Wakefield.

“Weinstein Properties continues to build their presence in Atlanta with this suburban town center acquisition,” Brown said in a press release. “Due to its fortified location, this asset is well positioned for their long-term hold strategy.”
