The Providence Group broke ground and opened the VIP list for Knollwood, a nine-acre pocket of 20 single-family homes in Johns Creek.  

The community is just south of Johns Creek’s new Town Center, which will deliver 200,000 square feet of retail, restaurants, and entertainment venues, 110,000 square feet of office space and a public park.  The town center is expected to dramatically boost nearby housing values. 

“Knollwood is one of the last remaining single-family land opportunities in the Johns Creek market, with such close proximity to the new Town Center,” said Lisa Murphy, vice president of sales, marketing and strategy at The Providence Group. “We are really excited to be bringing our Americana Collection back to the area after such incredible success at Bellmoore Park.”  

 Knollwood is located at 11245 Parsons Rd. Homes range from 3,200 square feet to 4,545 square feet.
