RE/MAX Town & Country opened an office in Valdosta, expanding the Canton-based brokerage’s footprint to 15 offices, ranging from South Georgia to North Georgia and far-west North Carolina. 

Molly McGrory, broker/owner of the entire firm, will be the broker for RE/MAX Town & Country of Valdosta as well. Earlier this year, she was named RE/MAX Broker of the Year for the entire U.S. The office, located at 3740 N Valdosta Road, is now open and serving the greater Valdosta area and surrounding counties. 

“We saw the need to bring Valdosta into our family of offices and give them support in the South Georgia area,” McGrory said in a press release.” There’s been an increasing demand for residential property in the areas near Valdosta. It is a growing area with Valdosta State University, Moody Air Force Base, many local businesses and [it’s] only an hour from the low country. It is in the perfect spot for growth.”
