Fischer Homes affiliate Grand Communities has begun the final phase of the Governor’s Preserve community in Canton. The expansion will add 50 new homes to the existing development.
Buyers will be able to select from eight floor plans, including ranch-style, two-story and five-level designs. All homes will be set wooded properties, with some featuring mountain views.
Prices start in the $600,000s.
The location is zoned to Cherokee County Schools and offers proximity to Lake Canton at Hickory Log Creek Reservoir.
