My Home Communities is now selling homes in the new Magnolia Ridge boutique community near downtown Monroe, starting in the low $500,000s.

The nine ranch-style and two-story homes feature four bedrooms and three to 3.5 baths. Each home rests on a large lot with a two-car garage.

Interior finishes include open-concept layouts, shaker-style painted cabinets, quartz countertops and stainless-steel appliances.
