The Providence Group has opened sales at two new developments: Byers Park in Alpharetta and phase 3 of Waterside in Peachtree Corners.
Byers Park will feature 24 luxury townhomes and is located on Old Milton Parkway between Haynes Bridge Road and Westside Parkway. The three-story brownstones come from Providence’s Chamberlain and Childress collections.
Units range from 2,105 to 2,117 square feet, and each includes a bedroom and full bath on the terrace level, open-concept layouts, sunrooms, rear decks and private owner’s suite decks.

Homesite sales have also opened at the newest phase of Waterside on the Chattahoochee River. This phase will encompass 16 river lot homesites, 30 single-family homesites and 70 townhomes. Community amenities include a clubhouse, resort-style pool and private trails.
