Traton Homes has launched sales at Autumn Brook, an established Cherokee County community in Canton.

The builder is offering just 13 homes priced from the $600,000s to the $800,000s. Set on 0.75-acre home sites — some with basements — each home will have five bedrooms and up to 4.5 bathrooms. Homes will have covered porches, nine- or 10-foot ceilings on the main level, gourmet kitchens and side-entry garages.

The community is zoned to Avery Elementary, Creekland Middle and Creekview High schools.

“Autumn Brook is a unique find — offering large home sites, elegant home designs and a serene, wooded setting, all in a desirable Canton location,” said Kimberly Garwood, director of marketing for Traton Homes. “We’re excited to bring our popular Heritage Series of home plans to this picturesque community, where buyers can enjoy an ideal blend of comfort, space and convenience.”
