New model homes at Toll Brothers’ Willow Glen development allow potential homebuyers to explore design choices and floor plans.

Located near Cumming’s city center, the Willow Glen community offers two-story, single-family homes with five bedrooms, 3.5 to 5.5 bathrooms and two- to three-car garages.

Homes range from 3,297 to 4,674 square feet and are priced from the upper $700,000s. Many floor plans feature en-suite options suitable for multigenerational living.

Neighborhood amenities include a pool, clubhouse and putting green. The community is zoned to Forsyth County schools, including Sawnee Elementary School, Hendricks Middle School and West Forsyth High School.
