Golub & Company put finishing touches on BRYKS, an Upper Westside development at 2200 Marietta Blvd. The 5.8-acre mixed-use community will feature 576 apartments and retail including a full-service nail salon. A courtyard with walking paths links the development’s two buildings.

Amenities include a pool with private cabanas, fitness center with yoga and cycling studios, coworking spaces and electric vehicle charging stations. The community’s location also offers access to the paved Silver Comet Trail.

Golub & Company will hold a grand opening event for BRYKS later this month.
