Artisan Built Communities opened a model home and amenity center at Heritage Pointe, a community offering ranch-style homes and golf-cart-friendly living along The Frog at The Georgian golf course in Villa Rica.
The new model home showcases the Willingham design, which features three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a two-car garage. ABC is offering seven ranch-style floor plans with two to four bedrooms alongside a limited supply of move-in ready homes. Prices start in the mid-$300,000s.
A recently completed amenity center features indoor and outdoor gathering areas and a pool.
