Parkland Residential has started leasing Morgan Park, a new build-to-rent community in Fayetteville.
After its first week of onsite leasing, Morgan Park has recorded more than 20 showings and 10 applications. Ron Telfair will serve as leasing agent for the community, which will have an official grand opening on Feb. 27.
“Our team is thrilled to welcome new residents to Morgan Park,” said Jim Jacobi, president of Parkland Communities, the parent of Parkland Residential. “This community reflects collaboration with local government and partners to provide quality housing that enhances Fayetteville’s thriving environment.”
Morgan Park offers two open-concept floor plans. The Dogwood is a 1,958-square-foot home with three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a loft and garden tub. The Laurel is a 1,636-square-foot home with two-bedrooms, 2.5 baths and a private deck. Both plans feature one-car garages, primary suites with walk-in closets and dual-vanity baths.
“Morgan Park is already generating significant leasing momentum, exceeding what we have seen at any community to date,” said Brett Forney, managing partner at Prim Properties, the community’s leasing and property manager. “The early activity demonstrates strong demand for well-designed rental homes in a prime Fayette County location.”
Located between East Laier Avenue and Booker Avenue, Morgan Park offers 124 rear-entry, stacked townhomes centered on a community green. Amenities include a cabana, two pools, a playfield, dog park and mail kiosk. It is zoned to Spring Hill Elementary, Bennett’s Mill Middle and Fayette County High School.
