Construction has kicked off on Morgan Park, a new build-to-rent community from developer Parkland Communities. The development will feature 124 stacked townhomes overlooking a green space. Framing began on the first 10 homes, and residents are slated to move in as soon as December 2025.
Morgan Park will offer two townhome floor plans: The Dogwood, a three-bedroom, two-and-a-half bath plan with a loft; and The Laurel, a two-bedroom, 2.5-bath layout. Both plans feature a one-car garage.
Amenities will include a cabana, playfield, two pools, dog park and mail kiosk. The community’s E. Laier Avenue and Booker Avenue location is zoned to Spring Hill Elementary, Bennett’s Mill Middle and Fayette County High School.
“Our team has worked very hard on this community, and it’s exciting to watch it come to life,” said Jim Jacobi, president of Parkland Communities. “This community reflects the power of collaboration with local government to create quality housing that supports a thriving City. We appreciate Pinnacle Financial Partners for their exceptional financing and partnership.”
