Crescent Communities recently opened HARMON Cedar Run in Lawrenceville, its first HARMON-branded build-to-rent development in the Atlanta metro.

Located at 1200 Fendley Trace, HARMON Cedar Run offers 151 three- and four-bedroom townhomes and single-family homes. All homes have EV-ready two-car garages, and some have fenced-in back yards.

“To officially open HARMON Cedar Run is an exciting milestone for our team and the leasing performance to date is a reflection of the growing demand for high-quality rental housing in Gwinnett County,” said Tony Chen, senior managing director of single-family build-to-rent at Crescent Communities. “This demand stems from rapid economic development and a strong job market. We designed this community to offer residents more than just a home. We wanted to create a neighborhood experience centered around connection, comfort and flexibility for modern lifestyles.”

Crescent is developing its HARMON line of communities through a joint venture with Heitman LLC. The partnership has developments in Arizona, Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, Tennessee, Colorado and Texas.
