Buford-based homebuilder Kittle Homes has started work on Grove Park Village, a new single-family home community in downtown Lawrenceville. 

Designed by architect Stephen Fuller, the 63 homes are priced from the $700,000s and are expected to begin selling in spring 2027. 

Located at 534 W. Crogan St., most of Grove Park Village’s two-story residences will range from 2,600 to over 4,000 square feet and feature three to four bedrooms with three to four baths. Most will have garages, kitchens and open-concept living spaces on the main level with bedrooms located upstairs, while some will have terrace-level garages with owner’s suites on the main level near the kitchen and gathering areas. 

Some homes will also offer basement space that may be finished as a home office, fitness room, media room or flexible living area, increasing total living space to more than 4,000 square feet. Elevators will be offered as an option.
