The city of Lawrenceville granted rezoning approval for Springlake Park, Parkland Residential‘s 90-home build-to-rent community at the corner of Springlake Road and Paper Mill Road in the Atlanta suburb.

The property was rezoned to RM-12 to accommodate stacked townhomes. Land development is now underway, with homes expected to be delivered in spring 2028.

Springlake Park is expected to feature Parkland Residential’s Laurel and Dogwood floor plans, as well as a potential four-bedroom plan. Community amenities will include a swimming pool, cabana and green space.

“We appreciate the support and collaboration from the city of Lawrenceville throughout the rezoning process,” Parkland Residential President Jim Jacobi said. “The mayor and city leadership have been a pleasure to work with as we continue investing in thoughtfully planned housing opportunities that complement the city’s long-term vision for growth.”
