VIBE is part of the first phase of Lincoln Property Company‘s 19-acre Echo Street West mixed-use development, which is rising on Echo Street and the Atlanta BeltLine Westside Connector Trail. Pre-leasing at VIBE has begun, with 20% of the units affordable at 80% area median income.

The full community is on target for full delivery in summer 2023. It will feature a mix of floor plans, including studios and one- and two-bedroom units ranging in size from 455 to 1,634 square feet. The street level of the building will offer 25,000 square feet of retail, including outdoor dining.

Echo Street West has already seen the completion of Guardian Works, an adaptive-reuse event venue, Guardian Studios, a former factory warehouse turned artist community, and Westside Motor Lounge, a new indoor-outdoor entertainment venue. A four-story, 300,000-square-foot office building in the community, 765 Echo, is scheduled to open this spring. Future phases will bring more office, retail, residential and hotel space.

“The cornerstone of any mixed-use development is the community,” Lincoln Property Executive Vice President Tony Bartlett said in a news release. “This wave of residents at VIBE will be the first to experience ‘the village of ideas’ right at their doorstep. Whether it’s an art exhibit at Guardian Studios, dinner and drinks at Westside Motor Lounge or walk along the Beltline, VIBE residents will experience the vibrancy of the Westside without ever having to get in their car.”

Community amenities will include 4,000 square feet of rooftop space, a pool with cabanas, bicycle storage with repair shop, podcast studio, outdoor courtyard and fitness center.
