Alpharetta-based build-to-rent developer Trilogy Investment Company promoted two senior members of its team. 

Senior Vice President of Development and Construction John Boniface was promoted to chief development officer, and outside counsel Nathan Sycks was promoted to chief legal officer and general counsel. 

In his new role, Boniface will lead the design, development and construction of Trilogy’s communities. Sykes, meanwhile will provide strategic guidance on land planning, zoning and entitlements, joint-venture equity, land acquisitions and corporate activities.
