The Fayette County Board of REALTORS® named Harry Norman agents Kaley Butcher and Melissa Pou as Realtor of the Year and Rookie of the Year, respectively.

Butcher serves as senior vice president and managing broker at the Harry Norman, REALTORS® Peachtree City office, where she holds the largest market share in Peachtree City. As the winner of Realtor of the Year award, Butcher will go on to compete for the state title at the Georgia Association of REALTORS®.

“We are extremely proud of Kaley receiving the well-deserved, Realtor of the Year award,” Harry Norman General Manager Todd Emerson said. “The hard work, dedication and professionalism Kaley applies to serving agents, clients and the broader community consistently inspires us all.”

Rookie of the Year winner Pou joined Butcher’s Peachtree City office in May 2021 after spending more than a decade in property management and sales. Agents nominated for the Rookie of the Year award were licensed between June 1, 2020, and Dec. 31, 2021, and evaluated on their level of participation in board activities and level of sales production.
