Parkland Residential has begun vertical construction on Sugarloaf Landing, a build-to-rent community in Lawrenceville.
Located on 10 acres at 3440 Sugarloaf Parkway near the intersection of Sugarloaf Parkway and Five Forks Trickum Road, the community will offer 114 rear-entry, stacked townhomes.
Units will include one-car garages and two or three bedrooms, including oversized, private owner’s suites with walk-in closets and dual vanities and open floor plans. The three-bedroom units offer 2.5 baths, plus lofts, with 1,950 square feet of total living space, while the two bedrooms have 1,600 square feet of space.
Amenities include a swimming pool, cabana, playground, nature preserve, sidewalks and pocket parks.
Rents start at $2,400 per month. Leasing will begin in October. Prim Properties is the property manager.
“It wonderful to see construction underway on this long-awaited walkable townhome community located at the intersection of everything,” Parkland Residential President Jim Jacobi said in a press release. “Sugarloaf Landing will help meet the need for attainable housing in Gwinnett County.”
