Pulte Homes will launch sales next month at Haverhill Estates, an 81-homesite community sitting on 46 acres in Dacula.

Homes will be available in five two-story floor plans spanning 2,809 to 3,922 square feet with four to six bedrooms and 2.5 to 4.5 bathrooms. Two model homes featuring Pulte’s Fraizer and Liston floor plans are currently under construction and will open soon.

“Given our recent success at the closed-out Haverhill Farms and the skyrocketing popularity of the East Gwinnett area, we have very high hopes for homebuyers’ response to Haverhill Estates,” PulteGroup Georgia Division President Chad Plunkett said in a press release. “While they appeal to slightly different target audiences, the neighboring communities share more than just a name. A walking trail will connect both neighborhoods, and Haverhill Estates homeowners can enjoy the already established Haverhill Farms amenity center, which includes a pool, cabana and playground.”

The community is near Highway 316 and I-85, the Barrow Crossing shopping center and Bethlehem’s Greenway Trail. Children will be districted to Gwinnett County‘s Harbins Elementary School, McConnell Middle School and Archer High School.
