Home Depot Co-Founder Bernard Marcus has put his 5,700-square-foot Buckhead condominium on the market for $5 million.  

The unit, #37SW, is located in the Park Avenue Condominium building at 750 Park Ave. It offers panoramic views from most rooms and includes three bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. COMPASS Georgia agent Nicholas Brown is the listing agent.
