Home Depot Co-Founder Bernard Marcus has put his 5,700-square-foot Buckhead condominium on the market for $5 million.
The unit, #37SW, is located in the Park Avenue Condominium building at 750 Park Ave. It offers panoramic views from most rooms and includes three bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. COMPASS Georgia agent Nicholas Brown is the listing agent.
Notable features include a grand salon with a full-service bar, card-playing area and wrap-around terrace; circular formal dining room with dome ceiling; library/study with 12-foot ceilings, wood paneling and private balcony; and live-in home manager quarters with full kitchen and living room.
“Atlanta holds a special place in my heart — it’s the city where we started The Home Depot back in 1978 and built it into one of the world’s greatest companies,” Marcus said in a statement. “This city will always be part of me, and my commitment to its growth, well-being and success will continue on.”
