COMPASS Georgia hosted its first BLK at COMPASS Real Estate Summit in Atlanta, a two-day event with panel discussions, workshops and networking opportunities — all aimed at uplifting Black real estate agents.
About 200 agents gathered at the COMPASS Buckhead office on Sept. 12 and 13. Topics covered included BLK in Luxury: Upleveling Your Business, Crafting Work-Life Balance, Giving a 5-Star Experience and Real Estate Math: Understanding Your Finances.
“BLK at Compass has created a community of top real estate entrepreneurs and leaders to build meaningful connections, share best practices and grow together,” COMPASS Regional President Kim Harris said in a release. “Our programs aim to enhance the experience of our agents and foster a strong and inclusive culture.
