Luxury homebuilder Peachtree Residential is cutting home prices by up to $100,000 to move inventory in the north Atlanta metro and Charlotte, North Carolina.

The select move-in ready homes are being discounted as part of the builder’s Fall Home Finale promotion. Homebuyers must close by Dec. 31.

“Buying a home is a significant decision, and we know today’s buyers are taking the time to find a home that feels like the right fit,” said David Borreson, CEO of Peachtree Residential. “Our goal with the Fall Home Finale is to make that decision a little easier for buyers who have found the home they want and are ready to make a move before the end of the year.”

The price cuts come as interest rates have topped 7% and home sales have slowed nationwide. In Atlanta, the pace of September sales fell 9.9% from August and 14.1% from September 2025, according to Georgia MLS.

The builder’s Atlanta-area communities with available homes include Arden on Lanier, Hillshire and The Glade in Cumming; and White Post on Lake Lanier. Prices now start at $599,999 at Hillshire, the $700,000s at Arden on Lanier, $1.3 million at The Glade and $1 million at White Post.

In Charlotte, Peachtree is discounting homes in Davidson Woods in Davidson and Falls Cove in the Lake Norman area.
