Harry Norman REALTORS® | Forbes Global Properties hosted a viewing party for over 150 agents at this year’s Atlanta Homes & Lifestyles Southeastern Designer Showhouse on April 22.
The European transitional home, located at 4881 Powers Ferry Road in Chastain Park, spans almost 13,000 square feet and was built by Hask Custom Homes, with architecture by Linda MacArthur and landscaping by Floralis Garden Design.
“We’re proud to continue our longstanding partnership with the Southeastern Designer Showhouse and provide opportunities for our agents to experience exceptional design firsthand,” Harry Norman President Todd Emerson said. “The showhouse celebrates the creativity, craftsmanship and elevated lifestyle that define luxury living in Atlanta, which aligns seamlessly with the level of service and expertise our brand has represented for generations.”
The home has Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances, a 4,000-square-foot lower level with wellness and recreational amenities like a gym, sauna, steam room, wine cellar, golf simulator and game room, as well as an outdoor kitchen, cold plunge and pool.
Viewing party guests mingled, toured the home and enjoyed food and beverages from Avenue Catering. Proceeds from the sale of the showhouse benefit Solidarity Sandy Springs, a nonprofit organization and food pantry that supports overlooked families in the local community.
