The new Townes at South Main townhome community is open for business.

Traton Homes has opened a decorated model home at its new project in downtown Kennesaw. All units are three-stories tall and are priced from the high $400,000s.

The community comprises 44 townhomes with quartz or granite countertops, finished terrace levels and large back decks.

The decorated model home, which features Traton’s Kincaide plan, is open for tours. It has three bedrooms and three-and-a-half baths, as well as a rear-entry, two-car garage.

“We are thrilled to unveil our beautiful new decorated model home at Townes at South Main, located in Georgia’s top-ranked city to live in,” Traton Marketing Director Kimberly Garwood said in a press release. “This community is a great choice for those seeking low-maintenance living in a vibrant and thriving area.”
