As testament to her talent and history of success, Sell has received a multitude of prestigious awards, including the Atlanta Board of Realtors’ Platinum Phoenix award, given to agents who have qualified for the Million Dollar Club 35 years in a row. At the time that she won this award, Sell was only the second Realtor to have ever received it.
While Sell appreciates the accolades, she says that it is the learning opportunities that have always attracted her to real estate. “I have always been eager to learn,” she admits. “I am like a sponge whenever I am listening to other agents and industry experts.”
Sell has stayed on the cutting edge of technology in the industry, but has always maintained close relationships with her clients. She feels that much of her success can be attributed to the fact that she always keeps her clients’ interest at heart, and has an unwavering determination to properly represent each and every one.
Sell expects to be only the second person ever to receive the Diamond Phoenix award, which is given for 40 years of qualifying for the Million Dollar Club.
