Homes in the first phase, which contains 112 homesites, are priced from the low $300,000s. 

The mid-rise community sits across from Historic Fourth Ward Park and is near the BeltLine’s Eastside Trail and Ponce City Market. 

Engel & Völkers Atlanta will lead sales and marketing for the 18-condominium development by Monte Hewett. 

Together, the properties are an average of eight years old and encompass 3,572 units. 

Prescott Manor will bring 30 homes on estate homesites to the Hickory Flat area of Canton. 

The eight condominiums begin at $1.7 million and offer “expansive interior wall space and optimal ambient lighting” that are designed for displaying art.
