Homes in the Creekside community begin at $431,000, while those at East Harbor II at Chestatee start at $630,000. 

Homes at the 76-homesite community will be priced from the $340,000s to the $450,000s. 

Trilogy Investment purchased the Winder project as raw land in October 2021.
