The 212-unit luxury apartment community offers a mix of one-, two- and three-bedroom residences. 

Homes come in two- or three-story townhome designs with three bedrooms and up to three-and-a-half bathrooms. 

Atlanta homebuilder The Providence Group is developing 20 single-family homes on a nine-acre site.

Engel & Völkers Atlanta will lead sales and marketing efforts for the enclave’s 19 homes. 

The Atlanta and Nashville homebuilder has been building at the 1,140-acre community since 2019. 

River Station will bring 29 two-story homes priced from the high $300,000s to market. 

Prospective buyers need to sign up to the homebuilder’s VIP list to become eligible for early purchase. Sales will open to the public in May. 

At full build-out, the master-planned development will have 700 residences. 

The 36-home community is offering residences in ranch and two-story configurations. 

The 598-unit development has had 50 move-ins since late January and over 100 leases signed. 

The Manor at Gainesville Township will offer 110 home sites, which will be released in phases. 

The development, Park Walke, will offer homes in three-story floorplans ranging from 2,972 to 3,112 square feet. 

The 97-unit build-to-rent project is the first collaboration between Macallan Group/McNeal Development and BCDC.
