The daughter of a builder and developer, Holly Walther was immersed in real estate from a young age. “A summer job at a mortgage company ignited a passion and interest in me that was all-too familiar,” Walther remembers. “I knew assisting people with the biggest purchase of their lives was exactly what I wanted to do.”

A lender and branch manager, Walther is the team lead of The Holly Walther Lending Team Powered by Success Mortgage Partners. In the industry for 25 years, she built a team of competent, skilled professionals who provide high-quality customer service in mortgage, finance, real estate and other client-service industries. She credits exceeding $150 million in volume in 2021 to referrals from past clients and Realtor partners along with the hard work and dedication of her team. “Throughout my career, I’ve navigated both good and bad markets,” she explains. “I’ve always worked hard to customize each financing program to help clients achieve their financial goals, treating them as members of my family.”

Walther has received numerous awards, including the Mortgage Bankers Association of Georgia Diamond Awards in 2020-21 and she was recognized for 10 consecutive years of Gold Awards status. Success Mortgage Partners named her to the Executive Club in 2016, Platinum Club 2017-19, Diamond Club 2021, Top Producer 2017-21 and presented her the Distinguished Service Award 2021. She was named Expertise Best Mortgage Brokers in Atlanta 2017-21, Atlanta Magazine Real Estate All-Stars Mortgage Professional 2021, Best of Cobb Award Winner Finalist 2021-22 and Best of Perimeter Winner 2022. Scotsman Guide named her Top Producer 2019, Top Originator 2020 and one of the Top Women Originators in 2019-21.

Walther is a dedicated community volunteer, giving back through Camp Cole as a founding family, as well as Partners Making a Difference, Simple Needs Georgia and Ronald McDonald House. In her free time, she enjoys spending quality time with her husband and three sons.
